1- Le Financier: fragrant almond bites
Le Financier is a traditional light bite, with almonds and fragrant brown butter. Its gold ingot shape is a nod to its origin, in 1890, a stone's throw from the Paris Stock Exchange.
2- Le Flannelé: caramelized Vanilla Flan
Le Flannelé is an exquisite dish, hybrid of the Bordeaux canelé and the flan of our childhood. It's our staff's favourite thanks to its comforting vanilla heart, gently caramelized on the outside. With its intense vanilla and touch of rum, all it takes is a mouthful to travel to new horizons.
